Art journaling is an important part of my process. It provides a thread to keep connected to the liminal space and collective unconscious that inspires my work. Art journaling is a meditation and a conversation that keeps me fresh with my intuition. It is a place to practice, play, and encourages the freedom to let go and allow the creative practice take me where it needs to go.
This practice is very important to me and is a sacred act. I have taught several classes around this practice and believe that every artist should engage in it’s wonder.
