Congregate 10×10″ acrylic on canvas
I imagine these homes sitting on hilltops and gathered in towns are like old friends who have lived next-door to one another for their whole lives. As if the soul of these dwellings can speak to one another. If only we could hear their stories. I’m sure they would make us cry and laugh out loud over the events they have witnessed.
I imagine them congregating each night to tell tales around the fire places that warm their bones, while sipping warm tea to warm their bellies. Oh they tales they would tell. I can almost hear their whispers and giggles.
